It's actually called aguamiel,which translates to honey water in English. Only once it's fermented it is called pulque.

Agave Syrup is very very good. Thats what I use on pancakes. A little less sweet than regular maple syrup i think but i mean EVER SO SLIGHTLY. Its splendid.

I'm 108 yrs and when I first drank pulque I was 18 yrs in Monterrey and still drink it to this day! Truly the drink of the Aztec God's! 🤠💯👍
