Why Agile is important

Agile Methodology is a development method in which requirements and solutions evolve in cross-functional teams through a collaborative effort. Its approach aligns project and product development with the requirements of the customer and overall company goals. It is a methodology based on iterative development. This process encourages frequent inspection and adaptation which helps in the rapid delivery of high-quality software. Agile methodology is developed for products and projects that require flexibility and speed- which actually means, almost every product and project which is being managed today.

  • The way Agile, Scrum and Jira were explained was simply amazing... I was able to understand Scrum framework and at the same time learn how it can be implemented using Jira... one of the best videos I have seen so far on Scrum+Jira on YouTube😀😀

  • @nowshowjj
Thank you for making this tutorial. It was incredibly informative for someone who has never used Jira and needed a general overview of the software.
  • @hafidkarama689
This was certainly helpful. It would be equally useful if you could include steps highlighting the progress of the scrum cycle in JIRA by showing how tasks and user stories are updated through their statuses until they are "Done", and reflect the completion status of their related Sprint. Also show how the burndown velocity chart changes through the completion of the Sprint. This will provide an idea of a project from inception (which is what you initially showed in your demo) to completion in JIRA.
