The last existing Blockbuster video in the world is in Bend, Oregon! In 2004, there were over 9,000 stores. Now, only one remains. I am so glad we got to see it. Stepping into Blockbuster used to be a regular occurrence for me, but now it's like stepping back in time. It was fun sharing this experience with my daughter who has no idea what it was like to go to the video store on a Friday night to rent movies and buy snacks. What a wave of nostalgia! #blockbuster #blockbustervideo

I'd say that's more of a 2000s living room. Most 90s tv with a screen that big would be way too heavy to sit on that lol! But seriously, Im so glad at least 1 is still around. Makes me kinda sad. Things are so much more convenient nowadays, but it feels like with lost some special things. Grateful to be a part of the last generation to experience the world before the internet completely took over.

I have no positive memories of blockbuster video. Just expensive rental prices, exorbitant late fees for things that were returned on time and getting charged $50 for not returning movies even though they were definitely returned.
