Thank you, Viktoria, for presenting this house. From the architecture and interior design, it would certainly be one of the most remarkable houses ever featured on your channel. If... ...it had ever been finished. The bare, unsightly concrete surfaces look as if the builder overextended themselves and then suddenly ran out of money. A house couldn't possibly be more embarrassing. I really don't understand when architects will finally learn that bare concrete is the ugliest design element imaginable. It reminds me of the boom period before 2008, when many houses were built and then, when the crash came, they suddenly couldn't be completed. The miserable concrete skeletons stand to this day, blighting the landscape. That's definitely not something you want to be reminded of when living in such a wonderful house with warm, cozy wooden floors and fantastic travertine walls, only to then have to look at this sad ceiling structure. The exterior impression isn't much better. In the drone shots, you can see that the lower floors are still clad in dark gray. But on the upper floors, you can see the awful gray concrete. Only the bedrooms have been fitted with a decent ceiling. At least you don't have to face that dreary sight first thing in the morning. The first thing I look at in a house is the floors and the materials used. The second thing is the ceilings. What a terrible contrast this is in this house. I really don't understand the architect.

It is a very interesting villa because one can observe that each window or door is in just the right place to enjoy the scenery.

Sensational home, definitely has the wow factor, BUT…..?? The only issue for me is when you bring home groceries you have to carry them down the stairs with no handrails ….?? An internal lift would make this home top of its class, just like the presenter, always got class and style…. Great job young lady 👍

Congratulations because it is the first channel and in general the first time, that you go down and see the last level of this property. Until now, no one knew what the cinema and the sauna area were like.
