  • Can we all appreciate the badassery of Rooker here? He gets off his horse never taking his eyes off of Ringo. really shows how fearless Macmasters was to meet his maker.
  • @JoePedo
McMasters would have to be stupid or suicidal to ride back into the Cowboys' camp after he betrayed them. Scene made no sense.
  • @craignelson9045
    Ike is a badass when he has a shotgun n a 30-1 advantage 🤣
  • I’m glad they left that scene out , who in their right mind would go back .
  • @hapaharley1706
Wow, almost 25 years later and I'm just now finding out how they got McMasters
  • @drksyde72
Out of all the deleted scenes, I think this is the only one that I would have kept in the original, not only does it explain they caught up with McMasters, but it also finally shows why Ike was a cowboy at all, he finally shot somebody...
  • @Deadlydesperado
It's incosistent with McMasters' character. He's smarter than that. I was sad when he got killed off without valid explanation.
  • @halleck3
Should've kept this one.  His death came as not only a surprise, but the audience was left wondering how he got caught and what happened.

I've only ever seen the Director's Cut of Tombstone. I can't imagine the movie without these scenes.
  • @RumbleFish69
I'm glad they cut this scene. McMasters' death in the film seems more like an ambushed rather than this ridiculous notion that he would willingly walk into the lion's den himself. McMasters was not stupid and he knew how ruthless these guys were and how they would kill anyone. McMasters volunteering to go up there makes no sense!
  • @richardfolkman
All you're doing is making me want to see the whole movie again!!!!!
  • @nikobellic5198
After seeing this scene, i can see why they left the mcmasters death unexplained.
  • @MrPlaiedes
Stephen Lang should have gotten an Oscar for playing Ike Clanton. It actually felt like the real person.
  • @clhfev
I never really thought Ringo was breaking character here. Whether or not he wanted (or cared) McMasters to come back, Michael Biehn plays it in this snide, almost sarcastic sort of way. Watching this, I never considered once that Ringo was being truly sincere.
  • @soupperson280
Lol I love how Ringo couldn't ask McMasters to come back without almost laughing. He would have killed him either way
  • @robg.3136
I can see why this scene was cut.... why the hell would McMasters have gone back there in the first place?
  • @bobbammer475
The production designer is a so underrated part of cinematic creation...thank god for her on Tombstones creation. ..great job.
  • McMasters always knew that playing both sides would get him killed eventually.
