might be biased as a Michigander, but this felt like a special hike to me and made me fully appreciate living here. important to go at the right time of the year for this hike :)

I enjoyed the more natural sounds while hiking in this. Being able to hear the waves crashing, the trees blowing, and rain falling kinda enhances the experience.

What I like about you guys is that you seem to focus more on the experience than on the equipment. Lot of hikers and hiking videos focus a lot on the wight, type of equipment and such things. But you, no, you bloody enjoy every single second. Good job, and so fun when you mention Zelda :)

I like that Bryan is more active and able to get some "stage time"... he's really cool and intelligent, I like his interpretations. Great trip and awesome video guys!
  • @johnsonying2193
This video felt less cinematic than some of the more recent releases and more reminiscent of a raw documentary style. I love both but I definitely appreciated how much more intimate this one felt!

Lake Superior is one of my favorite places. Camping next to it is one of my favorite memories ever...Can’t wait to go back next summer.
  • @GilbertNichols
58:20 - That was unexpected to see the tours boat. I really love the vistas and sunsets. It's just amazing to know that this is NOT an ocean. God had really done something special with making these Great Lakes. Thanks for the enjoyable journey.
  • That view of the Lake at the Log Slide was breath taking... Beautiful Mother Nature...!
  • @gillybird86
Good friend sent me to this video, as she knows my eternal love for Pictured Rocks! I have the National Park map for PRNL tattooed on my arm! 💕
  • @ibnawesome
Had the best trip of my life here with my friends last summer, thanks to you guys making your first episode of this place, no words to express my gratitude to y'all
  • @djmorgasm
Guys, this is fantastic work. R and B make a great pair. Both of you seemed to be in high spirits for the duration of the trip. The video work and music are also up to your high standard. Thank you!
  • @AceTycho
Michigan is a gorgeous place and I would love to visit again someday. I'm glad you guys were able to show it off so beautifully!
  • @genekied
Awesome, brings back memories of an out and back from Munising me and some College friends did 40 years ago. It was August, hot and wonderful. We saw the Northern Lights while camped near the Lake's edge a hundred feet above the water. I went back this fall and revisited many of the sights in your video. Thanks for the memories.
  • Thank you for capturing my home state so beautifully - this is my favorite place to hike. So glad you both had such an enjoyable trip, and your spirits remained high. Those huge wood chips came from a pileated woodpecker. Stop at Clyde's sometime for a fantastic burger. You passed it on US2 in St. Ignace at the beginning of the video. Hike on!
  • The Landof Hiawatha!! The UP still retains a primordial feel. When you stand along the shore of Lake Superior & hear those waves, see the birch & pines, feel the wind, smell that air...you are transported to the days of America's early exploration.
  • @CanoeRd1
Wow guys, this was my favorite video. This place is paradise, and most have never heard of it. I am also shocked by the lack of people around, it seems so private for such a beautiful place.
  • My grandparents lived in Grand Marais, I went there every year for 35 years. I have not been since grandma passed 2 years ago. Thank you for doing this. I fully enjoyed this, I so miss it there. You have inspired me to do this. My cousin and I will be returning to Grand Marais next year to do this trail. There is no place like the U P
  • @shaestarr13
This has got to be one of the most beautiful places on earth! I saw the other episode when you went there the first time and was just amazed. Thanks for sharing another beautiful trip!
