Welp, it wasn't Inglewood... but we do now know that Montecito Heights is the inaugural release neighborhood in Upland Los Angeles. In this video I will cover the prominent features of Montecito Heights and speculate about some cool properties to mint for your collection.

Snatched up a couple there. Not sure what to do tomorrow? Going to be chaotic.. Want to try the areas that most think will be collections. Hollywood,Korea town, Venice, ect but I don't know seeing how fast this neighborhood sold I'm thinking it's a waste of time. People are do dang fast
