Today marks our 5 year wedding anniversary. The time flew by, it feels like we just met yesterday! To celebrate this very special day we decided to take our kids on a staycation in San Diego at the Omni La Costa Resort! This was a very fun family friendly hotel where our kids really enjoyed the pool and water slides. My wife and I agreed to no gifts for our anniversary and just our little vacation but I surprised her with a very special gift that had her in tears and brought back all of our memories! Spending this day with our son and daughter made it that much more special.

Abella is the sweetest. The pain in her eyes when she said "I forgot to get you a present" almost brought me to tears. She's a thoughtful, loving little girl. Honestly, if I had kids like Abella and Neo, no way would I want to go on anniversary without them! They are both your greatest joys.
