    It’s called a deburring tool. More hacks, it’s why we watch.
  • Excellent tips, I used many of those in my working career. On the double wrench trick, or anytime using wrenches, if you're pushing on the wrench, use the palm of your hand open, if your fingers are wrapped around the wrench and it slips off, your knuckles will hit aluminum with skin ripping force!     If the dowel pins are in a blind hole you can use a close fitting bit of anything (or not so close and some tape) put some water or grease in the hole and hammer the object down, the hydraulic pressure will force it out after a few hits.
