People, watch the video... There are 4 gun shots.. One from the suspect as he shoots backward as he is running. The office returned fire twice, stops and shots a final time hitting the suspect. What more do you need?????

Armed robbery is horrible and traumatizing, but we also can't just execute people without trials. And the punishment has to fit the crime according to the constitution. This seems pretty egregious to me.
