When you’re both Filipino and Mexican so you get to enjoy chicharrón at every family party
  • @AbrahamMorales
Im Mexican and I was amazed to hear of chicharrón from a Filipino :O So apparently chicharrón actually comes originally from Spain, and a bunch of cultures have this little greasy snack on their culinary selection
  • @Tori_100
Me a Latina : yes finally someone who also knows of the wonders of chicharrón
  • Look at Spain's sons discussing over who owns the Chicharon or who doesn't, weirdly entertaining.

I'm British 🇬🇧 - Filipino 🇵🇭 , I would totally confirm this is the only Delicacy that represents the Philippines for some specific Reason.
  • @riverrunsfree
All this comments about her pronunciation. . That is her ACCENT! That's how we pronounce "CHICHARON" ever since we were born--- in the Philippines. CHICHARON was also part of our culture, not just in Latin America or Spain. Don't persecute (insult/correct/question) her if she has a different pronunciation, we just don't roll our R's. Thank you!

Why do I love saying "Chicharon" in her accent
  • @TsuyoiTCG
Interesting fact: Filipino used to speak a lot of Spanish and was the official language until 1973, now they speak more on their original language Tagalog and English is also an official language, but many Hispanic words are still used on this day. Here in Mexico we call it Chicharrón.
  • @LuddySophia24
