The U.S. and Saudi Arabia are close to finalizing a significant security deal that would involve cooperation on a civilian nuclear program and the sale of U.S. weapons to Riyadh. This deal, hinted at by U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, is expected to reshape the Middle East. However, the U.S. will only sign the pact if Saudi Arabia agrees to normalize relations with Israel. This agreement, which might include trade aspects, requires a two-thirds majority vote in the U.S. Senate and could face rejection if Israel-Saudi ties are not established.

Saudi are not renewing the security agreement with US which expired on June 9, 2024. Saudi can now sell oil in whatever currencies like the RMB, Euros, Yen, Yuan, and more, instead of just the US dollar. Saudi Arabia Joined CBDC( Central Bank Digital Currency) mBridge to End US Dollar Dominance. Saudi will trade both in US Dollar and CBDC. It’s a balanced foreign and economic policy for Saudi Arabia.
