no audio for this video, i couldn't figure out anything goofy enough to accompany this so here it is in total silence lol
animated in about 3 hours using Macromedia Flash 8
i planned out this animation in a really interesting way, actually. it started just as a single drawing, and i animated only the head, torso, feet, and ends of the arms. i made sure that the ends of every joint followed interesting arcs and had decent spacing. after i was done a pass of the floating joints, i just connected the limbs one by one in different passes. sorta focusing on individual parts of the body so the animation doesn't look too uniform and boring. it also helped a lot with really exaggerating the overlapping motion of the arms flopping around as well.
