Most island nations have no enough land to build or maintain factories, so they import almost everything, even biscuits, soaps, which makes stuffs expensive.

🇳🇦Namibian here, I've always been obsessed with white sand beach islands and Seychelles has always been on top of that list can't wait to travel there in a few months

We stayed on the Hilton on the mainland. It was for our honeymoon! It was perfect, just perfect. The food, the people, the islands, the sea. La Plage restaurant was the best food I have had anywhere in the world and the creole curries are incredible. It was expensive but it was our honeymoon so I didn’t care - once in a lifetime thing!
  • I love my African scenery and my people too ,love you seychellians my brothers and sisters

Most beautiful place I have ever been. I never even heard of the place until we pulled in for a liberty port visit, while I was active duty US Navy onboard USS Shreveport LPD-12, in 2004. Thank you for the video and thank you Seychelles for your hospitality!

as a seychellois , watching your perspective on the take in seychelles made me become more open-minded about the value of my country , mainly because i came from a poor family , i always thought everything that is expensive was simply because of importation , apart from that, im glad you enjoyed some paradise that they offer here

Wow I'm a world traveler and never heard of this place... Africa is nothing but stunning
  • Seychelles (country of birth) is an amazing place, stunning to say the least. I grew up on La Digue and these tortoises have been there for at least 100 years. Excellent synopsis.
