A Canadian National/ Union Pacific intermodal goes into emergency after the air hoses got disconected. Many cars at the West Washington Street grade crossing had to wait almost half an hour for the train to proceed. There was also an eastbound Union Pacific intermodal on the Union Pacific Geneva Subdivision that had to wait for a while. This location is at Milepost 28.9 on the Canadian National Leithton Subdivision. Check out the video response.
