INGREDIENTS:
400ml warm water
4 tsp sugar
14g dried quick yeast
600g gluten free bread flour
2 tsp xanthan gum
2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg (beaten, for brushing)
For the topping:
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp poppy seeds
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp garlic granules
