This was my first live video of yours and I only knew of it because I finally turned on notifications. I collected when the base set was first released, outside of Charizard, the Neo sets were by far my favorite. Lugia, Typhlosion, Feraligatr, Meganium, Pichu, Azumarill, Slowking, Tyranitar, Umbreon, Suicine, Ho-oh, Celebi, and especially the Shining cards. Gosh, I could look at these cards forever and someday I’ll get them all again haha. Thank you for all of the amazing videos, especially ones like these.

Gen 2 is fantastic, I watch these openings totally hypnotized! The only thing that's better is Gen 1. Would be incredible to own just 1 single card from 1st edition base set.

I'd go with the thyphlosion artwork simply because I started the Pokemon Silver edition with cyndaquill🤙🏻

Love these openings. I get jealous haha. Tbh all I want from my childhood nostalgia is a complete Team Rocket set. That's it. Or at least a few cards from it. Just something to start the collection off.

Gen 2 was amazing! The cards and the TV series. After gen one they couldn't of done any better with gen 2! Is gen 2 the best set of pokemon??? Base is in the heart obviously. I think ho ho was a special pokemon at the time from that first episode to the gen 2 release🤔 has to be cydarquil for my starter but lugia is the boss

I remember having these but they were not training cards game, the were more like collection cards that had a little info on the back and the image infront had their Japanese/romanji names. it was fun to collect them :)

for the person asking about grading send the card to PSA, if it comes back a PSA 10, then send it off to Beckett, Beckett will regrade PSA Cards

For me the Kingdra is the standout card, reminds me of the character rare from VMAX Climax and Clair!!!! Slowkings will hit you where it hurts when you think there are no print lines lol, I thought it was clean until the tilt. Still a nice pull.

Steelix was my favourite in this set. Loved the Riptide Feraligatr too.
