  • I just came to the realization that somehow after quitting youtube, William still has a better upload schedule than Michael.

For a guy whose house has previously burnt down you sure launched all those rockets with no hesitation at all
  • @essaysbyken
Thank goodness he was wearing that high-vis vest during the rocket phone test in his garage. The rocket phone may not have seen him, and thus a safe return would not have been possible. Good work, William.

Can we just have some respect for this guy? He breaks every single thing in his house to entertain us.

The comedic timing of the parachute being dropped pre-opened and it just hits a tree, rips off, and the phone falls and shatters is just 👌
  • @mjf69
The phone catching the wind, into the tree, causing the parachute to break and the phone to fall half the distance unslowed is so unbelievably funny. And I can't believe that was just a random chance. Just beautiful.
  • You gotta love the complete look of shock on his face when the first smaller rocket kind of worked. A reaction that is all too familiar to anyone who has ever tried to build something stupid and accidentally made something that works.
  • You could invent some sort of tiny device that has a microphone and a speaker in it, fits into your ear and stays there, and then wirelessly sends and receives the audio back and forth between your phone and the device so you can keep your phone in your pocket while talking through and listening to the device in your ear, and maybe also implement some sort of button on it that can control your phone, like for example to answer and end calls. Better yet, make two of them, one for each ear, then you have surround sound.

the parachute ripping off on the tree was just the perfect final nail in will's hopes, you can't script stuff like this. Thank you William.
  • @lmepol
Google: How many pixel phones do you need for advertising? William: Yes.
  • 17:34 I choked on everything laughing too hard. And the laughs keep coming, well done Mr. Osman!
  • @davidn1675
A sensor that automatically orders a new phone when it feels a strong enough impact. Then you don't need to even worry about protecting it at all
  • @TPLS2
I love seeing William slowly drift into the same mindset as Micheal. Slowly going insane for the viewers.

‘A spring phone, except I’m gonna…yeet it’ was my favorite
  • @satyamehta
The moral of the video is "This video is sponsored by Google Pixel"
  • I absolutely love how it starts off, super professional, and very cliché YouTube, then becomes gradually more unhinged. Absolutely excellent content .
  • The google underwear was such a nice touch. Really shows william's dedication to a sponsor and to us.
  • I still think the pneumatic dress catch thing could have legs, you'd just want to create a proper net for catching it and perhaps rotate the entire belt 45° to avoid the... Ya'know. I also think that the balloon idea could work in a more general way, attach enough balloons directly to the phone and fill the last balloon with just enough helium to make the phone fall much slower when you let go of it.
