  • Yeah, could watch him all day. He won't be remembered as the guy who won the most but he will be remembered as they guy that took our breath away the most...

Federer may not hold the record for the number of slams won etc but he is still the GOAT for one simple reason. He played the game on a different level to everyone else. Enjoy your retirement Sir.
  • I have been a tennis fan for most of my 62 years. I have seen and greatly admired some legendary players; Laver, Borg, Connors, McEnroe, Becker, Sampras, Nadal & Djokovic. However, IMHO there has never been any human being who picked up a racquet as majestic, graceful, charismatic and as great as Roger Federer. He is, to me, the greatest sportsman who has ever lived. I feel honoured to have lived in the time of Federer.

I never get bored watching Federer highlights from mid 2000's. What a beast he was. People usually describe him as a shotmaker and natural talent and so on. He was also a magical athlete, strong and fast. I have to put Djoko as the best ever considering everything, but I firmly believe that prime Federer was the best version of a tennis player we have ever seen. His A-game back in the days was out of this world.

Federer will always be my favorite not just for the brilliant talent but his class and character. Always showed respect for officials and opponents. Very gracious and accommodating with the media. I consider myself lucky to have enjoyed his legendary career.

The most beautiful tennis player to ever play the game. Genius, artist and the best in every aspects. He is Roger Federer. He always comes out with magic and miracles. He is the greatest.
  • No grunting, no attitude, just class. I have hardly watched tennis since he retired. Been a tennis fan since 1991.

I love it when Federer is impressed by his own genius.
  • I miss his finesse more than ever He was the epitome of charisma which may be unmatched for many decades if ever.

The last one against Daveydanko is my all-time favorite. That's called Roger's Liquid Whip. Breathtaking! Next would be at the net against Nadal at the French Open. Electrifying! Thanks for posting. These were great!

In recent times, professional tennis may have produced more efficacious machines, but none more soulful than Federer. Many will be remembered by their numbers, few by their genius. What his poetry makes you feel in awe is unmatched.
  • Probably one of the greatest sports people of all time. I am not really into tennis but I remember getting excited about watching Federer and being in awe of him. These highlights are magic.
  • Roger Federer's extraordinary talent and highlight his ability to produce breathtaking shots that defy belief. Each moment captured on film would serve as a testament to Federer's unparalleled skill, creativity, and artistry on the tennis court, solidifying his status as one of the all-time greats in the sport's history.

The great entertainer and ambassador! Loved the games he played with the ball kids as well.

the most beautiful to watch and the greatest creator of magical points. As others said he may not have the most slams but his inventiveness and attacking play puts him ahead of the 'other two' in my eyes who built their careers mainly on defence.

This is the most amazing 4:43 all smiles on his way to an other incredible point.
  • He won a lot of his matches by being in utter control, outplaying his opponents and having time left for some magical improvisations. Djokovic and Nadal have the grit and tenacity, but Federer left spectators with jaws wide open.
