  • Google should make a SE version using this model. A Pixel 5 with current specs would huge W

still using this phone, really digging the design and form factor.

Wife and I both had pixel 5 phones. We both loved them. We've since moved on, she has a 7a and I have a 7 pro. Trade in on both Pixel 5's was excellent!

This is what got me on Pixels. This was my first one... the best one in my opinion and I still miss it.

Still using my Pixel 5. Did a battery replacement two years ago. I also have a refurbished one in a box as backup. Really like the small size. Also, I watched this video on it.

I'm still using my Pixel 5. Battery life has improved with Android 14 and apps still work without any hitches. The fingerprint scanner remains the best ever in a Pixel and the size of the phone is perfect.

Still use a pixel 5 and it holds up very well till this day

I really miss the camera being tucked away nicely in the corner...it was so much less intrusive.

My first pixel phone is a pixel 8 but I have to admit that back on the days when the pixel 5 was out, I always wanted one

I owned this Sage Pixel 5. Absolutely loved it. I've hoped back over to Apple for now cause my family/friends prefer Facetime Calls and imessage but if google can bring back a Pixel in a similar form factor to the 5 I'll come crawling back lol

still rocking this phone to this day! I plan on upgrading to the Pixel 9 whenever it comes out though.
  • @ChadH2023
It was my 1st pixel phone. Loved the form factor and camera. Went back to Samsung, but i had a decent experience with the pixel 5.

I bought it second-hand 3 years ago, and I've been using it ever since. I can safely say it's still my favorite Android phone. By making small compromises across the board it became the perfect phone for me- I hope phone manufacturers will realise that the whole can be greater than the sum of its parts. Having more RAM and a faster SOC isn't necessary when the hardware is already good enough, and a convenient form factor can make a phone so much more enjoyable to use. The fingerprint sensor to open the notification shade is one of my favorite Android features and I use it very very often. It probably won't be long till 'good enough' phones will be cheap to manufacture for smaller companies! I can't wait :)

I have been daily driving my pixel 5 for the last 2 weeks now, and I remember why I lived this form factor and the phone still runs great to me, I put my s23 ultra back down because and onto the shelf because I just enjoy this form factor and it's still fluid as hell, I'm gonna buy another just so I can keep one on standby, plus the cases and screen protectors are at a great deal also.

My first Pixel device and one of the best phones I've ever owned! The uniform bezel, slim form factor and great battery life did it for me - chef's kiss
  • @Baebboi
I still have my pixel 5 even though I have an iPhone 14 now. My P5 still stands the test of time and I find myself using it a lot still.
