For anyone who knows me, it is no secret how MUCH I love my Hot Logics!!! I use them almost every day ... sometimes multiple times a day!
Because it never reaches the boiling temperature of 212°F, it is better than a slow cooker for holding food at the perfect temperature for hours because it will not burn.
