Idiot Driver #10 - Backwards Blinker

A young male driver who looked to be roughly in his early 20's used his left blinker to change lanes towards the right lane, and then onto the ramp.
I've seen this idiotic behavior before, but usually on backroads when the driver in front thinks it's funny to confuse drivers behind them on a single lane road.
