  • What's crazy is people were unwilling to spend $300,000 on this car back in the day, but are willing to pay $1,000,000 for one now.

When you see your first squidd video and have EVERY intention spending the next 10 hours going down the rabbit hole then find out it’s only several videos is heartbreaking to find. The reading,The writing. The edits, the clips, the info is absolutely second to none. When the squidd drops a new video, it’s a good day
  • Never once i saw modified LFA...that's just how perfect it is
  • The LFA was the last breath of 80s Japanese Car culture. Thank you to everyone who made it possible.
  • @CJalterr
The LFA is one of the only cars you would want to keep as stock as possible. You cannot make the sound any more perfect the way it is now
  • Jeremy Clarkson: "The choice of any car that had ever been made ever, I would like a dark blue Lexus LFA...I am gonna say it, it's the best car I've ever driven.”
  • As a fan of the LFA I watched a lot of videos about this car. This documentary is by far the best.
  • @IGlooZGB
I LOVE how you crossed the Mk.5 Zupra. So subtle, and still loud as hell. Your automotive stories mean a lot.
  • @spike6385
The LFA produces one of the greatest exhaust notes ever conceived
  • @AaronDewight
This guy deserves more credit for these they are amazing...
  • I finally saw one in real life a few months ago at a car show and man let me tell you that car stole the show. I felt so privileged to be in the presence of such a masterpiece. It looked and sounded amazing
  • @Exavil
Whats cool about the LFA is that every IS, RC, and even the LC that came after it now has LFA blood in it's design language. The shifting digital instrument cluster lives on in these cars and I'm excited to see what will come next from the new LF-R

Clarkson, Cammisa, Harris, and now THE SQUIDD. So nice seeing the torch passed to a generation of absolute car lovers and most importantly, documentarian.
  • @essenlame
The sound of that engine at full chat is enough to make a grown man weep. It's so beautiful that it actually causes the heart to ache with longing. There can never be another.

What an absolute emotional roller coaster this was. I absolutely love Lexus, and obviously Toyota and this video reinforced that even more. I simply cannot put into words how well-made this video was, and I can only imagine the amount of effort and time you invested in this masterpiece. It was truly amazing to watch this, not to mention, this is at no cost to us, and it is better than anything I’ve seen on TV. You are a talented storyteller. Thank you for this video and all other videos. The LFA is truly an amazing part, also, I’m amazed it only took one day to make it.

One of my treasured memories - buzzing along an alpine road in my Miata and being passed by an LFA at full noise.
  • @Bobert962C
Akio Toyoda, Hiromu Naruse, etc. All those involved on the LFA project did/do not get enough credit for the LFA. It may not go a billion miles an hour like a hypercar, but the experience that is the LFA will be eternally phenomenal.
  • LFA is not just another supercar, it's a piece of art, emotionally connected to those who involved; and the name LFA will be remembered not as an industrial product, but a legend.
  • Saw one in person. I’ve always been skeptical about LFA when it first came out. I always say there’s no way it could be leveled with the likes of Ferraris or Lambos. But when I saw one, it looks amazing, sounds great (addictive actually) and since it’s Toyota, expect it to be more reliable than most supercars.
