A popular theory about Yourself is that he is the BF from the Static Memories mod. The mod is about BF and GF getting in a car crash, and GF didn't make it, leaving BF to deal with trauma.

This was actually confirmed in a theory that BF and GF were driving GF was hit by a solver spear which killed her instantly and Bf ended up crashing and when it was over he went to a ruin and ended up rapping himself but that red flash was GF and when he says just long enough we can kinda hear GF’s voice

Sad thing is the mod was based off a dev from sonic.exe mod named divid or as people say divine,he died in his sleep from cancer and the stay awake part tells him to stay awake so he wont die and the part where is says i will make you say how proud you are of me is if he was still alive he would be proud (the mod was based off drawings he made before he died)
