RARE! Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R NISMO OMORI R-Tune

The R34 Skyline GT-R is a rare car here in Western Europe. You don't see them on the streets that often. But this one is even more exceptional! The particular R34 in this video started its life back in 1999 as one of the three official demo cars built by Nismo in their Omori factory (Japan). So that means there are only three R34 GT-R R-tune (type R1) demo models on earth! And this is number 001, with engine type R-1 and serial number 001.

Quote (GTR-Registry): "This car was the car used as Nismo's demo car for the R-Tune package and was featured at the same period in several GT-R magazines in Japan."

The car has been modified (with aftermarket parts) by the owner, though. The R-1 type RB26 engine now has an increased displacement of 2.8 L and puts out 695 bhp. To restrain all that power, the R34 has Ferrari (!) ceramic brakes in the front. Also, the car rolls on 19 inch Volk TE37 SL rims. See the full modifications list below:

    !!-Update (May 2018)!! For the people saying this is car is a fake/replica: In the video it has a lot of aftermarket parts installed on it so that's why it doesn't look like a genuine R-Tune. However, recently I got the opportunity to record more footage of this car. Here's the thing: The car has been sold to a new owner. The new owner decided to rebuild the car with all the original Nismo parts (even the stock rims, twin turbo system etc.).     so tell me wars it stitch welded all over like the z tune all the r tune demo cars were stitch welded. you can still buy the r tune engine at the omori factory but in 2012 it has change to R2. the ferrari F50 calipers is sold as a nismo option to back in the daýs as nismo f50 brake kit but in gold with no ferrari logo on and whit steel discs

    the R1 engine was a tune package for the rb26 offered by nismo and there wasn't any specific limited number of engines. I can assure that there are way more than 3 built them. and the only indication they had from the exterior is a small sticker on the trunk, and this car doesn't have, so it is questionable
