3. POTATO (MEDIUM) – 2, BOILED & PEELED
4. DRIED FENUGREEK LEAVES – 1 TSP
5. CORIANDER LEAVES – 1 TABLESPOON (AVOID STEMS)
6. CHILLI FLAKES – 1 TSP (AVOID SEEDS)
7. WHEAT FLOUR – APPROX. 1.25 CUP
8. EDIBLE OIL – ½ TSP + TO FRY

9. BHAJI MIRCHI (GREEN CHILLI) – 200 GM
10. ROASTED CHANA DAL – ¼ CUP
11. FENNEL SEEDS – 1 TSP
12. EDIBLE OIL – 2 TABLESPOON
13. BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS – ½ TSP
14. CUMIN SEEDS – ½ TSP
15. ASAFOETIDA – ¼ TSP
16. NIGELLA SEEDS – 1 TSP
17. SALT – 1 TSP
18. TURMERIC POWDER – ½ TSP
19. RED CHILLI POWDER – 1 TSP
20. CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER – 1 TSP
21. AMCHUR POWDER – 1 TSP
