You get satisfaction bringing yards back to maintainence level and hopefully a new long-term contract , lovely gardens when manicured but owners so far away , inheritance or relocation means two homes.Neibours drain really not helping ,blocked and flooded.

Smart using mower after regular cutting to blow clippings together in piles to rake n bag up. So much easier that way. π Yard looks great man!
