This is without question the best lesson on the subjunctive that I have seen. It is probably the best out there. As a former educator, let me put it this way: The lesson is scaffolded and chunked. Each time you learn something new (a new chunk/phrase), you are forced to review everything that you previously learned (scaffolding) . This forced repetition facilitates memorization. This type of planning takes a lot more time because you have to know what your goal is and work backwards to plan the lesson. Thank you for making an impossible topic not just possible but easy.

Thanks Paul. Yours are easily the best Spanish lessons i have encounterd on youTube over the years.
  • You are an amazing teacher!! You made this so easy to learn! When I was in high school I was told that if you conjugate a word in the beginning of a sentence, you don't conjugate the next verb, e.g., Yo espero que tener... Thank you! I'm on my way to Costa Rica, and while most people speak English, I want to become fluent in Spanish.
  • @JordCs2
