Seems like the current defense of the Tates from his fans is that its already been years with no conviction. I don't think they understand that with the severity of the charges against him, and the amount of people involved that a case like that could take a long time. It reminds me of the Depp v. Heard trial in that way where that took multiple trials over the course of almost a decade. The legal system is slow a lot of the time.
