I am a Kurd who grew up persecuted by the fascist Turkish state. My family is Sunni Muslim. I am an atheist. I support Israel, the only democratic country in the Middle East. What we need in the Middle East is more democracy, not Islamic radical terrorist teachings. I understand very well the 3,000 years of oppression and systematic persecution of the Jews. The Koran and Islamic ideology encourage persecution of Jews. Islam is a religion of war and chaos. The October 7th ethnic cleansing is part of a bigger picture. Today the Jews face the ignorance and savagery of the 7th century. First of all, a military struggle is essential. In addition, a social and psychological struggle must be waged by establishing strong relations with relatively secular communities and peoples in the Middle East. Kurds are at the forefront of these communities. I salute the founding of ISGAP. Long live Israel, long live Kurdistan.

My parents fought the Nazis. Then were sent to Singapore to help get rid of the Japanese. My father died there before I was born. My interest in the Jews started very early in my life.
