Good for you Becca, great to see you embracing your true self 👍🏻😊
  • That huge feeling of relief means that you’re doing the right thing. I’m so happy for you Becca xx ❤
  • Looking forward to seeing the end result my friend. Embrace the crone years! 😍

Brilliant xxxx I haven't dyed my hair since Feb 2023. I have some lovely gray hairs showing. Which I embrace because I have earned them. I call them my moonlight sparkle high lights...lol😊x Blue shampoo shows them off really beautifully. I still have some red dye left in my hair and because it's mid shoulder length my hair looks hombray with silver sparkles.... I will be 60 , on the 27th of June...and there comes a stage in our lives where we have to say that it's time to be who we are. Wholly, Maiden, Mother, Crone. Embrace it if it's for you...I decided to embrace mine xxx
  • your hair looks great Bec, I embraced my grey back in 2019, soo happy I did. 😀 It is liberating...
  • I stopped blond streaks/foils in 2020. When it eventually grew out, I discovered, as you did, that my natural white-silver streaks look much like blond ones I used to pay for! 😄
  • The best hair color decision I’ve ever made is embracing my natural silver/white hair. I too had colored my hair for a really long time, and I actually started going grey in my early early 20’s. I still enjoy sometimes doing a Manic Panic pink color, but I really love having it natural. I hope you enjoy the process and love the end result. ✨
  • Good for you, Becca!👍 I got my first grey hairs in my late 30's. I don't plan on dyeing my hair because I have a sensitive scalp, I don't want to expose myself to all those chemicals, I don't have the energy to maintain an artificial hair colour and I don't want to waste my money on hair colour. I don't hate my grey hairs so I'm okay with it.
  • I've just started getting greys/white around the hair framing my face. As an ex hairdresser, I was so worried about getting them. I thought for sure I'd die when I got them, and I'd be colouring them away. So it's been a weird experience, actually being completely fine with them and embracing something I thought I'd be so horrified over.

I'd rather think of it as the sign of wisdom! Just let it do it's thing..maybe even see what happens if you don't cut it, will waves or curls start to come out? 😊 P.S I couldn't resist the duvet cover, I've bought it too, along with mustard pillow cases and a fitted sheet. I already have a warm red set. 🤭
  • Love it! I see pictures of beautiful (just because they are owning it) women with beautiful grey hair. Mine is coming above each ear & don't think i want two stripes. Not sure if it would be a good color for me & thought to color it all grey even tho I've colored my hair very few times in my life. Someone else mentioned stripes & love it now so maybe i can deal with it. Just makes me think of the movie Poltergeist, where she had stripes & was coloring them..lol Crone power! Lets own it! ❤ 😊

2 seconds in, and you're on your bed with your hands up, and I'm like, what?? You'd only just explained, but my brain obviously didn't take a thing in 😂
  • I started going grey at 18. But when everyone was in lockdown I had to let my hair grow out. So the first hair cut I had I just went grey. I’m more salt than pepper now. But I want to embrace my crone years. Becca embrace your crone you’ll look great ❤

Love it. I have to say, I have several friends who finally embraced their grey hair and it literally took years off of their looks. Not that that is the goal but I find it to be an interesting and consistent side effect. Enjoy!!

I like your grey ! I have the same "pattern" as you and very long hair so when I wear a pony tail it makes two white stripes ! My hubby called that my "Morticia hair" I got used to it and now loves it... it is very low maintenance ! I stop dying my hair after I passed out (I was in my 30') du to the chemicals in it... I am now 53 ! ps it is pretty with your tatoos 🤩🥰
