Aosmodeus and Fizz are so incredibly wholesome and I love their dynamic. They’re certainly a good mirror to Blitzø and Stolas, with a far more stable relationship (although there’s obviously a bit of overprotectiveness that’s likely setting up another ep). To answer your question, they do love each other and know it, they were only pretending not to when others are around. Partially because of the fallout of a royal (especially one of the Deadly Sins) loving someone from the lowest class, but also since it makes Ozzie a hypocrite for dissing Stolas. Also yup! White marks on imps are always scars, freckles, or other skin blemishes.

This was without a doubt the most epic episode yet! Getting to see what Fizz and Ozzie's relationship is like was very interesting! And it was awesome that we got to see what more of Lust and Greed looked like at the same time! It was especially a real treat to see Crimson and Striker again and working together no less. In fact I'm amazed that people in the HB fandom didn't theorize that Crimson and Striker would probably team up to bump off I.M.P. the whole time. And like everyone else I was happy that Blitz and Fizz finally made up and are now somewhat friends again. It was even interesting to see Blitz and Fizz as teenagers in that flashback just as it was to also learn that people's theories about how Blitz was involved in Fizz's accident were correct, Same goes for people's theories about Stolas giving Blitz and Asmodean crystal. Hell hearing Stolas finally admit that he has developed genuine feelings for Blitz was ever so satisfying! But Blitz sadly still has a long way to go in their relationship. But Stolas's feelings for Blitz is good enough relationship development for now.

No, Asmodeus and Fizz are in love and they know it. They’re in a committed relationship. They just aren’t admitting they’re “in love” to the public because they’re supposed to be purely lustful, with no emotions attached. That’s why when the servant walked into the kitchen, they told her they would “unemotionally bang”. That’s because Asmodeus is the Sin and King of Lust (one of the seven deadly Sins), so he’s expected to be only in lustful relationships with no emotional feelings attached. But they are starting to get known they are in a real relationship because press caught them all lovey dovey (that’s what the magazine Fizz picked up and then freaked out over and threw in the trash at the beginning was saying). So that’s the main reason they are denying to it to the public (but not eachother), but also because of social class. Fizz is an imp, one of the lowest classes in Hell, the only thing imps are above are hellhounds, and Asmodeus is one of the most powerful beings in Hell, so it’s looked down upon. Fizz and Asmodeus are a parallel to what Stolas and Blitzø could be if they just talked about their feelings to eachother

even without talking to each other for 15 years Fizz could smell the bullshit when Blitz was talking about Stolas

after Ozzie's, Blitz felt like Stolas didnt feel the same way after he recoiled in embarrassment. that's what caused Blitz to run off, get superdrunk at Bee's and cry himself to sleep. everybody likes to think that only Stolas was hurting that night, but that's far from the truth. but NOW with the Asmodian Crystal, it's time for them to admit their feelings, lest this relationship ends like the others. . .

They know that they are in love and are a thing but there trying to hide it because asmodias is the embodiment of lust so it’s just a secret.

Imps are the lowest order in Hell. So Stolas sleeping with one is considered a scandal of the highest order. Blitzø grew up feeling overshadowed and unappreciated, as seen 02x01. He has an overwhelming amount of internalized hate and self-loathing. Not to mention guilt for the fire that destroyed Fizz's limbs and horns, scarred Blitzø himself, and is implied to have killed his and Barb's mother. He does have feelings for Stolas, but sees himself as so utterly unloveable that he assumes any affection he receives is just an act, or a manipulation to get something from him. Even if it's genuine. Part of him truly believes everything he said about Stolas when he ranted to Fizz. He truly believes that not only is he not allowed to be happy, but that he's not allowed to be sad or upset about it because it's "all his fault."

I remember some people had their gripes about how short the flashback is and the lack of Striker action and I can understand why, but I also think that they're not supposed to be the focus of the episode. Everything the flashback gave us has already happened, a whole episode or detailed explanation of events isn't necessary or imo shows as much character development as having the characters talk and make up about how its affected their lives in the present. Fizz and Blitz needed to have this time together and having the bluebloods swoop in to save things or another epic battle would've taken away from the emotional impact given the run time. We need to see them move past the accident, not dwell on it. Plus, the first episode of the season was a flashback episode and a lot of people had their gripes, and I feel like those same people would've said the show was beating them over the head if they stretched the episode out to be that flashback.

I just realised something. During the episode fizzaroli have white fingers on both hands implying that fizz kept his fingers despite his arms being gone. But when asmodeus replaces his right arm the fingers are black like the robo arm. So that either means that fizz or ozzie paints fizz's fingers white for aethetic or fizz just lost his right hands fingers. But i guess thats just a theory.

this episode redeemed this entire season for me

When they updated the Instagram accounts a lot more Blitzo and Stolas care a lot more about each other. They are having Netflix watching sessions and they sent each other care packages when the other wasn't feeling well. They are in love the problem is just Blitzo already thinks he's not worth it let ALONE for a royal and Stolas is having a hard time showing blitzo he cares. By trying to give him legal passage to earth that means he is trying to end the arrangement they have, whether that be because he thinks Blitzo doesn't like him back or because he really want a genuine relationship built off of something different.
