The ending of Punch Out is pretty sad to see. All of that hard work for Mac to finally retire and set his place in a museum, and Doc congratulating him one last time before leaving. Its just a tear jerker

Plot Twist: Doc isn’t fat. He stores all of his chocolate bars in his shirt.

I love how he gets extremely angry over losing his chocolate bar just to pull up a new one

Remember that Doc could’ve been as ripped as Sandman when he was still a boxer.

WARNING: Removal of Doc Louis's chocolate bar may be hazardous to your health. The WVBA is not responsible for any frustration from this point forward. Oh, and don't judge Little Mac by his size. Or you'll end up with the same spine Samus had.
  • My favourite moment of Doc comes from the Wii game. In the first match against Great Tiger between rounds there's a chance he'll teleport Doc onto his corner and himself behind Mac, to which Doc reacts with: "Where am I? I can't even find my chocolate bar! I must be in the wrong corner."

I read one of the Punch Out comics back in the day and before Doc started training him, Mac was actually a really bad boxer. He even lost to Glass Joe in the past. But Doc believed in Mac and decided to train him. And we see that later, Little Mac would become the world boxing champion. Doc is a damn good boxer and trainer.

Is it me or every time mac punches Doc's chocolate and says "No!" I always feel bad for him just the way he sounds it gives me sadness :(
  • I love how Doc just rips his sweatshirt and reveals a leopard shirt underneath it, like he's been saving it for an occasion.
  • You gotta be impressed at the fact that doc turned a small kid from the Bronx into one of the greatest boxers of all time

"Block this !!" Gets punched to almost dead "Il telegraph that"
