The fact the man made it a priority to give his puppy a shelter before starting on a project shows he's a top notch guy who deserves all the respect
-
Its 1am, I should be sleeping but here we are again watching a skilled person build a shelter
-
As soon as the snow melts even a little that awesome cabin is flooded.

My brother learned to build structures like this in the Army. Years ago he was stationed on a long wooded stretch on the border between East and West Germany during the winter. Since there was little to do but catch glimpses of similarly bored East German guards, he decided to build a structure similar to this. He said it was surprisingly comfortable and he and the other guys would take breaks in there, reading and playing cards.

No sponsors, no talking, just the sounds of nature and best of all you don't play music, thank you for making these amazing videos and keep making them!

Iβm fourteen. I built a small hut in a nearby forest. I bike over there every now and again and build a little. I only bring my knife my phone and my watch. I like to just put a few logs together every once and a a while. Other kids think Iβm weird, but then again plenty of people now a days find mindless scrolling entertaining. I like to just be able to look at something and think βI did thatβ itβs far more satisfying than any of that stuff.

As cute as the dog shelter is, who wouldn't sleep with their dog in sub zero temperatures? The dog's still outside in a shelter that doesn't close, where the fire and sleeping bag aren't, and it's a short haired puppy, not an adult long-haired winter coat husky. Plus sleeping with your pets keeps you warm.

Building a shelter in a drainage ditch. Brilliant!

Man I wish I would have had these skills when I was homeless for many years. I certainly made shelters but none like this. In a way I miss living in the woods because the struggle made me appreciate life so much more. No phones, tvs, computers no distractions it's just you and the outdoors. Best of luck to you my friend!

I use to dig holes and tunnels as a kid this guy is basically living my childhood dream of having an underground shelter
-
The amount of "that looks about right" in this construction is awesome. No overthinking it. You can tell he's done this many times. This is the kind of manliness I dream of having. No macho look at me chest puffing. Just getting stuff done with what you have available. Just fantastic.

I love watching shelter-building videos. It's so stress-relieving and calm.
-
I love how the dog just immediately accepts the shelter as if he just knows the drill by now.
-
I love how throughout the video he never forgets about the doghouse; he makes it using the same quality as his own shelter.
-
Awwww, the little dog house. I love the shot of the dog inside lying down. Adorable.
-
I cant help but notice u built this awesome structure in a perfect spot to catch all the water running off of those hillsides
-
Mad respect for building your puppy a shelter first, you are a wonderful man
-
Can tell this guy is a perfectionist and cares about aesthetics. He didnβt just want to make something practical, he wanted it to look nice at the same time.
