Great interview, probably one of my favorites ever on the show. Falcons fan, but listening to his story, compassion for the game, and leadership just makes you want to cheer for his team. Honestly, I could have listened to them talk for another 30 minutes.

Pat understands the credibility issues among athletes. Lynch is the real deal. Not perfect but some great decisions. He’s also assembled a brilliant crew of teaching coaches. Ditto Shanahan, but Lynch was HOF as a player. Players know to listen

Best GM in the NFL for the last 5 years as far as finding late round Gems and changing the Culture around from being a sorry team to a perennial championship contender...
