    I remember Dr. Jewel Pookrum speaking on nicotine as a therapy decades ago. But she had precautions for melanin dominant people where it was more useful for people of European descent in terms of dilation of vessels. Perhaps she can provide some insight.

    Very interesting. An anecdotal story....one of the guys I work with who just turned 70 has never had Covid. I don't remember ever even seen him sick in the 20 years I've worked with him. Not so much as a sniffle. He would always joke and say he never gets sick because his lungs have a protective coating of tar from smoking . He's been a smoker since he was 18. Amazingly he's never had any type of cancer or anything like that. I'm not condoning smoking and have never done it myself, but it is interesting.

    The nictone gum ir lozenges affect we ..very calming..but burn the tongue.. They soothe my acid reflux ao j oresume theyre working on virus in the stomach. The patxhes dont seem to have any effect

    Yeah I heard about this back in 2020. Pretty early out of Italy, there were weird data coming out of Italy. Then there were papers coming out about nicotine's action on ACE2. The problem would be ACE2 upregulation and then say stopping smoking when COVID is contracted. As for the venom I remember being ib a Livestream with Merogenomics, my recollection is discussion around all the clotting factors being used up... was it? Any rate describing it reminded me of the mechanim by which certain Australian snakes cause clotting & subsequent haemorrage. Taipans I think exhaust clotting factors, Tiger snakes have slightly different mechanism... Brown snakes something different again. I need to reread... microclots and haemorrage. atomach bacteria & toxins well venom glands are just modified salivary glands with specialized symbiotic bacteria!
