He's constantly mentioning that because that's the only thing he thinks he has against you to cause a reaction or bother you but that shows how little he really knows you. You're a classy guy .usually when your ribs hurt the last thing you'd want to do is yell because all the muscles that run along your ribs that it takes and the air in your lungs to do said yelling.

Funny thing is that "machine" is just a regular CPAP. You use it to prevent snoring (stop breathing) when you sleep. No clue why he has it on while filming or anytime other than when asleep.

As someone who is overweight (not morbidly, but still not good. 165 lbs as a 16 year old female) it is so harmful. Back when I weighed around 200 lbs I was self conscious with chest pains, stomach pains, and nutrient deficiency. Not trying to be comical when I say this, but these kind of cases horrify me. Knowing if I didn’t stop eating I could be on oxygen having heart problems and unable to walk. It terrified me. Ever since 2020, where I would have daily heart pains, I’ve been bettering myself. Eating for nutrients, not calories. I do weightlifting at my school’s gym and do plenty of walking and exercise. I’m not quite paper thin yet, but I am losing weight. My joints have less pressure, my organs are overall healthier, I’m more confident, I’m able to move easier, and I’m just getting healthy. All these things outweigh the taste of 12 cookies and a whole pizza. So please, eat healthy and support your body. You’re hungry for nutrients, not calories.

the point of claiming that he doesn't know you is to express that he doesn't care about your opinion, but if he didn't care he wouldn't be making a response, it's the classic caring paradox
