I'm vegetarian and it's not hard to survive in India being vegetarian we've 1000 option to eat but for country like Korea it's every difficult and i appreciate her effort for thinking about those innocent beings

I'm so glad more and more people are becoming open to the practice of veganism (even if it's not strict - just trying to cut out dairy or meat a few days a week helps a TON) because we really are doing our planet a disservice with the increase in animal farming, and butchering of innocent lives. Meat is literally a piece of corpse sitting on your plate that's been seasoned with vegan items to make it taste better! And the people that'll come at me with the whole "Protein and vitamin deficiency" argument, please sit down because animals literally eat plants and they get all the nutrients they need. Consuming meat is just an indirect way of eating fruits and vegetables but in the form of stored energy with added fat and unnecessary animal bodily fluids. Plus, the years of vegetarians thriving in this world should be enough proof that it's not impossible to live a healthy life on a plant-based diet. In today's world, it's so much easier to be vegan than it was a couple of years ago because of awareness and activism, so I would really like to encourage everyone to at least read up about consuming a plant-based diet. You can start with something as small as skipping that omelet in the morning and making a tofu scramble instead, or trying vegetarian dishes from different cuisines around the world. Don't limit yourself to raw vegetables and fruits, experiment a little! There's even vegan macarons and cakes out there dammit! Fun fact - Korean temple cuisine is entirely vegan and you can dine at these restaurants or temples during your visit there! Also, the app 'HappyCow' comes in handy when trying to locate vegan food places anywhere in the world :) Cheers to making this world a better place for everyone 🥂

So glad there are vegans and vegan restaurants happening in Korea. Never seen that on korean tv before. Great change!

Lim Semi's lifestyle and personality is so admirable. But the subtitles at the end shaming her for her appetite needs to be changed. How unkind of you to subtitle it and comparing a woman who can eat well to a cow
  • @gaichunggonmei
She came a long way from weightlifting fairy to now ❤❤
