The 510 Bitch is Back

After nearly a year in Ashland OR the 510 is back in Cali. While in Ashland it got fresh paint, a Holy Shit Garret GTX gen 2 Disco Potato, and tune. Ready to go muscle car hunting like the old days.

Chassis:
Started with a 2 door 1972 rust free SoCal 510 Troy Ermish built race chassis
6 point roll cage body bonded
Willwood Big Brake kit with braided stainless brake lines
Spherical ball joint linkage
Techno Toy Tuning stage 2 adjustable coilovers front and rear
Techno Toy Tuning camber/caster plates
Raised T/C rods,
RCA (roll center adjuster) between the struts and lower arm
Jeff Boswell Coachwerks Toyota MR2 rack & pinion steering conversion with improved steering geometry from CAD designed front X-member, and progressive ratio steering knuckles.

1.125" front sway bar
.75" rear sway bar
Slotted camber rear X-member with 3" opening for exhaust
Enkei Compe 15X7 22+ offset with 205/50s

Shaved side markers, rear plate light, door and trunk locks
I did the body prep and tape, Bill and Bill East Oakland did the spray.
Color is School Bus Yellow, satin black power coat over grill and chrome
Neutral gray window tinting
Shaved side markers, door/trunk locks, license plate light, and badging.
Underbody and fender wells seal coated.
Pare Composites Carbon fiber air dam, door panels and thresholds. RIP Dave.

Fuel System:
Set up for E85
ATL fuel cell with internal surge tank and two Walbro pumps
Z-Tech Flex Fuel sensor so ECU can adjust for any ratio ethanol to gas.
Aeromotive 8AN stainless braided lines and black fittings.
