Chef Life - Staff Tutorial - How to Level Them Up

Thank you for covering this game. I know it's a rough draft in terms of graphics, but this game really has the right idea in terms of what a genuine next-gen cooking game could be. They'd have to upgrade graphics and sound as the days go by, but as popular as tv shows like Hell's Kitchen and The Bear are, you'd think at some point a huge studio would invest in this type of game and make the graphics what they should be. As in you're making food that really looks like the amazing food you see on TV, you really have to learn the recipes, you really have a true cooking staff. So few people have the money to invest in gourmet foods, and then international dishes, some of them are unheard of to most people. It would be incredible tp see this company actually develop this game the way it could be with major funding.

How do i unlock jiros signature dish i have him to level 20 but i havent got it :(

When doing Kassim A to Z, it says have Kassim make all by himself and serve the 5 dishes. For example, I can have him make pan fried vegetables in langoustine bouillon with grilled langoustine tails. But at the bottom it says level 15 through 20 he can prepare grilled langoustine, vegetable slices, shellfish sauce. When I try to serve the dish with everything and ecompass it on one plate, it won't serve it at the pass. I'm having trouble figuring out what I'm doing wrong to get him to make and serve by himself.
