Starter dough recipe:

100gr High protein flour
100-105gr Fresh milk
2g yeast

Dough recipe:

150gr High protein wheat flour
100gr Medium all purpose
20gr Milk powder
75gr granulated sugar
2g Yeast
4gr Salt
30ml whipping cream
50-60 ml freshmilk
2 egg yolks
35g Butter
