    Such a great video. We all need a reminder that it's okay to be vulnerable. It's okay to NOT be okay all the time. It takes time to develop coping mechanisms that work. And we can't beat ourselves up when the process doesn't feel like it's happening quickly enough. Thank you for sharing and being so open and honest.

  • Such a good topic for us to hear as we assume that when we are having a vrot day, that we are alone in this world. Doing a kindness for another is what helps me.
