Lesson learnt: never jump into an abandoned pool/ lake
-
"I had a brain eating amobea once, poor fella died of hungry"
-
should be noted, this amoeba can only grow in warm water, and chlorinated water has little risk, also its obscenely rare to catch it even if the conditions for it are perfect, it isnt just getting water up your nose, its getting water insanely deep up to where the ameba can grab onto the the nerves in the upper part of the nose, just getting it say slightly up your nose is of virtually no risk also it isnt just a headache, its as per the one of the few survivors the worst headache imaginable being described as a stone pushing against their skull
