We delight in the promise of falling for love.
We crumble in the dread of falling from love.
Everyone falls. Everything falls.

Hi this is Wesley. I made this short 10 years ago. I'm still proud of it. Thanks for watching, friend.

"If you hold my hand, I'll be yours forever" I lied. I lost my umbrella today. It made me think of this short again. Hello from 2019. Sad.
-
I finally figured it out... the 5 senses of the relationship: 1.Glasses- what they see together 2.Umbrella- their touch 3.Telephone- their communication (heard and spoken) 4.Scarf- their scent 5.Mug- their taste can i just say AWHHHH

you can so tell when a wongfu short is written by Wes

I JUST BECAME EMOTIONALLY INVESTED IN A CUP.

Who else immediately looked around suspiciously at all their belongings?
-
Ranking from least unfortunate to most unfortunate story (with reasons) 1. Umbrella (He can still hold her hands most of the time, rain or shine) 2. Scarf (He can still snuggle her during winter) 3. Eyeglass (I think he is the most intimate to her among the five seeing her fresh beauty during the morning but he become less used when Contact Lenses came, however, the girl may occasionally use him but maybe just at home) 4. Telephone (Becomes extremely useless and an antic or home decoration because of Smart phones) 5. Mug (HE FREAKIN' DIES!!!)

He fell in love but those who dare to fall can only break I remember it, our first kiss. Its seems so far away now when it used to feel so close. It was a cold night, the wind was blew relentlessly, snow softly beating the windows struggling to come to the warmth. Shivering she entered the house, a gust following her close behind, that night I wished I could hold her close let my heat warm her tried, chilled bones. That night my wish came true. It was warm and subtle, chocolatly and slightly minty, it was the kiss I was anxiously waiting for. Body against body, the cold was quickly banished from her. It was over all to soon. Pulling away, but not quite separating, we breathed each others breaths. I couldn't tell the difference between dream and reality but it didn't really matter. This reality was a dream. I love her. I still do. All the way to the end. Till the very end. -Cup

The brilliance in this is that in the mere 10 minutes it runs for, it makes you emotionally developed in something with no thought, no voice, and no mind that you've actually thought for. Something that shows you, falling in love with someone that needs you is hard. Because In time, they might find a better foundation. Somone that provides more than you ever could. When they leave, you shatter, unable to pick yourself up, because you've tricked yourself into thinking they needed you more than anything, when in reality, it's just the bitter opposite. You need them back, but they're strong, and you wonder. Did she ever love me? Or did she just need me...? But it's not always like that, but sometimes... The frigid, choking and blisteringly painful truth is... Falling in love is easy. Doing it wrong is just as easy. And sometimes when you think you've fallen, you think it's a good thing. But you realise that sometimes falling... Means shattering.

This is probably one of the most beautiful things I've seen. It's too perfect for words.

This has to be one of the most beautiful and powerful short I have ever seen so far hands down! To me this video represents two differet aspects of a relationship. The ordinary house objects loose importance to the girl and overtime they are forgotten or replaced. This is something which happens in real life when someone who used to be close and important to us loose importance we tend to drift farther away. However on the flip side we may loose interest in someone/something when we develope an interest for someone/something else. And we can see that from the video. Now what's interesting is the sequence of the objects also represents the order in which a relationship developes: 1) Glasses : eye contact between two ppl 2) Telephone: Communication between two individuals. 3) Umbrella: (Here represents touch) Which we can assume that the relationship have gotten to the level of having a physical contact. 4)The muffler: (Here smell) Which means they are probably very close to each other and knows each other's scent which signifies intimacy. 5)Mug : Kiss...which is pretty much self explanatory..:D Thanks if u read my lengthy comment .. :D
