This channel will be an extension of my work. In time I'll be able to showcase a painting from beginning to end, but as it can take weeks to months sometimes I'll just have snippets showing a brief period of time with a painting as it evolves.

    Very pleased to have found you and your work. I spend almost as many hours watching people paint as I do painting my own pieces and you’re the first I’ve found who actually works similarly to the way I do. But then perhaps many don’t show all the time they spend contemplating the next step. I find your art pieces fascinating and magical! Please keep posting work in progress videos, I really enjoy them!

    Thanks for sharing your journey. Twenty years ago, I lived in the studio as a fine artist at university. I have a few exhibitions but also had a passion for writing. I chose to express myself on the page and walked away from my art and my degree. Now, after a cancer diagnosis, I want to return to the canvas again to release all of my pain. I’m working on a breast cancer awareness collection. I’m terrified to dive back in and find a new path and style. Watching other fine artists gives me confidence during a terrifying time full of cancer treatments and uncertainty.

    May I ask what you thin your paint (in the cup at the start of the vid) with? Air brush medium/flow agent or just water? Is it water in the spray bottle? Thanks :)
