Check out this video if you are thinking of cycling this trail and want to know what to expect. Its a pretty easy ride, and people even do it on tandem bikes and recumbent bikes.

After you pass through Tarpon Springs, and go under 19, you can catch the trail on Keystone and head east. Cross over Eastlake and continue east for about 2.75 miles. The trail turns north and crosses over 54. About 4 miles north of that, you can go east through the Starkey Wilderness Preserve for 6.5 miles then catch the Suncoast either north or south.
