A LOT of people missed it, but there is a statue of Dazzle at the front of the Hotel, where you can see Razzle touching it at the end of the Finale song ;-;

Altruism is the word for doing something good without any expectation of reward. Being good for the sake of being good. It's a major indicator of high intelligence and only seen animals like elephants, dolphins etc as well as humans. A dolphin saving a human from drowning for instance would be an act of altruism. Ergo, Alastor is afraid of being seen being hurt doing something good because he cared for charlie and co, not because it was part of some grand plan, because it would make him seem weak, ruin his mystique, or something of that nature. Being seen as an altruist would be a great insult to his reputation, at least in his eyes.

The smile Adam gives Lute really shows how much he actually did care for her, even if he was harsh, she was severely loyal to him, at least he died knowing someone stayed with him.

Little details I like from the episode: - You can hear Vaggie say "I'm actually looking forward to the battle, it's been a while since I've stabbed someone meaning it" during the bar scene - Right before the scene between Alastor and Niffty, you can see Pentious confess his crush on Cherry to Charlie - Valentino actually looks annoyed when Vox says that seein Alastor suffer is better than sex - Lute leaves behind the little pointy things from Adam's halo - Niffty has glowing golden teeth during the ending of "Finale", meaning she has been eating angels too

During Alastor's song hes saying "Great Alastor, altruist, died for his friends" sarcastically like a headline if he actually had died

The fact that both Alastor and Charlie barely did shit to Adam but Lucifer was just toying with him really shows how powerful he is.

I just KNOW that Elijah is gonna lose her f*cking brain cells when FULL DEMON CHARLIE appears.

A moment of silence for our boy, Sir Pentious. What a legend. Finally kissed the girl of his dreams before making the ultimate sacrifice which will never be forgotten. And he proved Charlie right, that a soul CAN be redeemed into Heaven.

After Alastor was wounded by Adam, for a brief moment you can see his ears flatten like an animal. This implies that Alastor was likely terrified and fearing for his life at that moment.

I'm shamelessly copying this from somewhere else, but: Sir Pentious: Cherri, I'm sacrificing myself for you! Cherri: But, why tho? Pentious: Because... I'm... I'm sacrificing myself FOR EVERYONE!!!

*Cherri implied that the shrapnel in her bombs are from angelic steel *The Adam vs Alastor fight is honestly a great reminder that, while Alastor is a powerful Overlord, he's still just that: an Overlord. And yes, as he himself points out he was critically injured and barely avoided death. He's not as untouchable as he likes to think. Lucifer then proceeding to just toy with Adam is just gold. Really shows the difference in power between all three. *LOVE that Sir Pentious was not only redeemed, but sent directly to the Seraphim, as if to show Sera that she was flat out wrong. So we'll see if she either accepts it or remains in denial next season!

I'm sorry i just genuinely can't believe everyone is shocked that Alastor lost that battle with Adam. Since literally the episode before we establish angels can only be harmed or killed with angelic steel, but Alastor thought he was tough shit and went into the fight without any. Honestly im more suprised that his powers did anything against them at all even if they seemed more like a minor inconvenience to them mostly.

Remember when lucifer was introduced he says something along the lines of "aw you're still fun sized" kinda hinted they could potentially get bigger
