Might i add Vaseline? I have tiny travel ones and its so good for many things. Lip balm, dry areas on your body, makeup remover and my favorite, for the inside of my nose! It gets so dry on airplanes!🎉

I travel a lot and usually I travel solo, but the only things from that list I ever use is lip balm and Sandals. I'd say that the most important thing as a female solo traveler is to adjust the wardrobe in a way that one will blend in with the locals and not in a way that will scream tourist half a mile away.

How do you get pepper spray in a carry on only?

Forget the pepper spray…it’s illegal in most countries. Take a travel size hairspray instead. Getting that in a criminal’s eyes can stop them for a bit. I also have a small whistle on a lanyard on me. I also have a small personal alarm that is also a flashlight.

You are not allowed to carry pepperspray in every country. You can get a fine for it!

NEVER bring pepper spray on a plane. Always keep pepper spray in a checked bag.
