Regardless of what everyone is saying negative you guys did fine. The 800 isn't a easy race to run. My son just drop from a 2:18.19 to a 2:01.20 this year a junior in HS he just now learning how to run it. You said it in your comment your embarking on the journey keep up the good work and keep training smart.
