Love your improvement over time Dax!!! Definitely some of the biggest things you need to know to be good at PvP ❤ Edit: Make sure to Join the Poke Daxi discord server if you want any PvP assistance from legend players!
  • @gayle74
Are you kidding me? This is way too much dedication. Thanks for showing me that there is no way in hell I will ever master PVP.
  • @RageFire12
Homie went from hitting Legend for the first time to releasing a super helpful PvP tutorial all within a couple weeks. I'm proud of you, brother!
  • This is too complicated for me, maybe I'll just stick to catching Pokemons and defeating grunts.
  • @QuawaiiDesuNe
Been a Daxi lurker for a while and I've been rooting for you to hit Legend when you started taking GBL more seriously. Congrats on Legend, and I really appreciate the bit at the end about taking responsibility. I've done some coaching with some local players and friends in PVP and this bit has been the hardest to get those people to adopt, and I'm really glad that you took the time to add this at the end of your video. This is a well put together video and is very good for beginners. A lot of videos that I was watching when learning PVP years ago do the same thing but many of them required a bit more advanced understanding of mechanics in order to fully take away the concept. This video does a really good job introducing the concept and includes an infographic that's easy to understand. I hope this gets a lot of people more interested in PVP! Keep it up, and I'm glad to have been around to see your growth in PVP, and I'm excited for the future of your channel.

Congratulations on hitting 500! Hard work pays off! You deserve it. You’ve been so great at engaging us fans and building the creator community.
  • @xxxxneoxxxx
Daxi, this is gold. I used to only focus on knowing teams and have kind of developed an instinct for counting and timing, but, obviously, that's the slow/innefective way. I want to win more, so I will dedicate and learn. Thanks for everything!
  • @katherinehilary
Thank you for always giving attention to PVP! You're a huge creator in the space and because of you more players (and hopefully Niantic) pay attention. Much love from Toronto.
  • @PedroFigs
What a video! You gave us an amazing guide. One thing I still have to improve is knowing when to shield and when not to (when they're still available), you could make a parte 2 talking about it and other things (when to switch, when to fake charged attacks).
  • @FatherOfCalculus
Your diligence in siting and thanking your sources for your graphics and more is really great to see, good job man!
  • @TheGaryHogue
Best move timing explanation I have seen yet. Good job man.
  • @kyleeblair7346
Thank you for this! So helpful! Now time to study and practice!
  • @nicopinzino2090
Daxi, quality info. I really on zyonik and homeslice for my pvp coaching but you are my favorite pogo YouTuber. I love to see that you see getting into battling, this right here will help so many trainers
  • @21b4ll3r21
started playing this game in june of this year and hit expert last season.. learning and incorporating the first two skills you mentioned really helped me get better at pvp quickly
  • @Patience9921
People have explained this in the past. But I think your instructions really hit. You're really talented with giving instructions, and of course your content
  • Inspiring. Thank you so much, that explains a lot, specially that sneaked in fast attack. I have definitely learned something.
  • @livinghumbly3889
Great video! Learning exactly when to let all my attacks go is going to help me a lot.
  • @icthuwu41
Great vid mate. Was so happy for you when you hit legend, got me hella inspired to practice more.
  • @natemueller5813
Hey man great video and awesome info. I do want to mention to check optical vs optimal in your charge move timing graphic. Much love bro!
  • @MADOOOH
Thankyou daxi this video is really going to help me progress this season ive been really enjoying pvp the past year and a bit i have alot of really good pvp mons i consider myself pretty good at pvp but i can never manage to get past rank 20 and its because of the technicalities for example my opponent sneaking a fast move while im using a charge move! Very informative video. Keep up the great work i appreciate ya bro!
